Merdeka Square

Sightseeing in Malaysia

We stayed in Kuala Lumpur for just a day but surprisingly, we were able to squeeze in plenty of sightseeing along with the food tripping. We were able to go to the Petronas Towers, Berjaya Times Square and Merdeka Square. We even went to Batu Caves, which is quite far from Kuala Lumpur.

The tour at Petronas Towers is nice but it’s too expensive for its worth. Probably those in Architecture and Engineering would appreciate it more but as for me, it would be the last skyscraper tour I’d book.

Batu Caves

Now this is worth the courage! I am actually afraid of heights but I like overcoming it with experiences that are worth it. Batu Caves is a beautiful work of nature and man. It was a long climb. My husband was not able to finish it. I did! Ha! =D There were also many monkeys and pigeons freely roaming around. It was a splendid sight!IMG_20140909_141530
